| 4+ years of warehouse management experience in Inward, outward, inventory management. |
| Any Graduate |
| Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. |
| Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. |
| Good at Ms Office suite (PPT and excel) |
| Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Local language) |
| Good leadership, Strong decision making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. |
| Available to work extended hours. |
| Warehouse PH Responsibilities: |
| Receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. |
| Manage all warehouse manpower as per requirement (approx.100 + Manpower) |
| Implementing operational policies and procedures. |
| Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. |
| Ensuring the safety of staff. |
| Motivating and disciplining staff. |
| Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. |
| Hire, motivate, train and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team |
| Prepares SOP’s and ensures adherence for fulfilment processes. |
| Liaise with Customer and vendors. |
| Manage & supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members to ensure seamless functioning. |
| Manage Warehouse processes in line with required guidelines |
| Ensure seamless operations in the Warehouse to meet requirements from Production and Quality |
| Set goals, motivate and drive performance of team members. |
