• JOB PROFILE
• Working knowledge on SAP (S&D Module)- Mandatory
• Knowledge of supply chain management system from storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point- of-origin to point-of-consumption."
• Sound Knowledge about the SCM Demand Material Planning & Forecast Management and Production Planning.
• Direct Customer Handing experience specially OEM and Tier-1 & Respond to their Grievances (Sale & Dispatch)
• Understanding of customer requirements, market trends and ability to plan distribution accordingly.
• Sound knowledge about Import Logistics & Custom & Duty & Forwarder Handling
• Sound knowledge about the Import Purchase & Logistics Management & Supplier Management.
• Sound knowledge about the Inventory (FIFO) & Warehouse Material Management.
• Liasoining with Sales Department for supporting the Promotional activity related to Supply chain.
• Good negotiation skills with Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for ways to improve productivity and cut costs.
• Sound knowledge of Logistics Plan and implement logistics strategy, ensuring targets are met.
• PO Creation & Vendor Invoice & Bill verification and proceesing.
• Sound knowledge of Warehousing management (Incoming & Outgoing) and Transporation and Distribution.
• Knowledge about relevant Taxation system & compilance requirement-Likes as Eway Bill & GST etc.
• Manpower Handling experience will be added advantage.
• Pro Active, Self motivated, Hard Working, Dedicated & Go way attitude
• Proficient in Excel, PPT, and SAP usage, query, implementation support, error log, revert and solutions.
• Good in Communication & analytical & Decision Making Skills & Strategy formulation skills & Willingness to learn
• Knowledge about the Monthly KPI reporting & SOP Procedure and Process mapping.
• Prepare MIS and share relevant information with intra/ interdepartmental personnel on need basis.
