Designation: Coordinator- After Sales
Primary Responsibilities: -
- Quotation submission to customer
- Follow up for PO from customer.
- PI submission to advance customers
- PO amendment on case to case basis
- Advance payment collection from customers
- Update ETD to customer
- Way bill arrangement from customer
- Sharing dispatch details with customer
- Follow up for closure of open parts issues
- MIS for analysis of order conversion from quotation submitted
- Follow up for AR with credit customers.
- Follow up for AMC with customers.
Experience:- 3-5 Years post Qualification
Qualification Essential: - Graduate / Diploma
