- Manage president’s daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other activities.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the president.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
- Take notes during meetings and prepare minutes for future reference.
- Research topics related to the president’s interests or industry news as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents related to projects or initiatives in progress.
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence
