Responsibility
1. Ensure Reliable Operation of Equipment and Infrastructure
Manage stable operation of machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
・Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
2. Statutory Compliance and License Management
・Handle statutory licenses and liaise with government departments.
・Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

3. Breakdown Maintenance and Reliability Improvement
・Plan and manage breakdown maintenance activities.
・Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
・Apply condition monitoring and reliability engineering practices.
4. Inventory, Budget, and Vendor Management
・Manage spare parts inventory and procurement planning.
・Coordinate with vendors and control maintenance budgets.
・Drive cost-saving initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
5. Project Management and Sustainability Initiatives
・Lead CAPEX projects, plant modifications, and equipment upgrades.
・Promote carbon neutrality and sustainability goals.
6. Team Development and Global Collaboration
・Train and mentor maintenance teams, fostering continuous improvement.
・Support long-term overseas training programs at Yamaha Head Office in Japan (almost 1 year).

Required skills and Requirements
JLPT Level N2/N3
・15–20 years of progressive experience in Plant Engineering & Maintenance in large-scale manufacturing.
・Minimum 8 years in a leadership role handling cross-functional teams and plant-wide maintenance responsibilities.
・Knowledge of Utilities (HVAC, Compressed Air, Boilers, Power Systems, Water Treatment).
・Knowledge of Legal requirements for plant operations, licenses, and statutory compliance.
