- Manage and support delivery of SAP, other software’s, hardware, IT infrastructure and networking operations.
- Handling IT infra (Hardware & Networking)
- Managing the effective delivery of networks, development and disaster recovery systems, data & processes.
- User support, server maintenance, back-ups and solutions to manage business activities
- Preparing IT budgets and presenting proposals to the management
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for managing and controlling IT processes
- Leading efforts to improve IT processes
- Overseeing IT controls, Camera policy and data security systems.
- To support in organization application
