Designation - Assistant Manager Accounts
Job Profile :
• Preparation of Monthly & Annual Financial Statements.
• Coordinating with External Auditors.
• Overseeing tax filling process and coordinates with consultants.
• Proactive participation in the development / establishment of accounting policies & procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process & System Change.
• Managing Development of Static Report.
• Manage account payable & receivables.
• Bank & Cash Reconciliations.
• Completeness and Accuracy of Ledger data for reporting /tax/ analytical requirements.
• Regular accounting review, clearing suspense entries etc.
• Develop month end closing process and ensure accuracy.
• Preparation of MIS Reports as per the Requirements of Management.
• Analytical Review.
• Inventory Valuation based on the basis of quantitative information provided by concerned departments.
• Overseeing the Monthly Reconciliations.
• Overseeing the Monthly TDS/TCS.
• Preparation/Review & Reconciliation of data for monthly reporting of GST Returns. (GSTR-1,3-B and ITC-04)
• Co-ordinate with the Taxation and Government Authority.
• Planning for reduction of accounting risk and better collaboration
• Monthly Cost Records and Handle Cost Audit Independently.
• Manage direct tax assessments and all tax related litigations, filing submissions and representation with revenue authorities for all tax related matters.
