The opening is with one of the Japanese MNC having their plant in Bidadi location. 

 

Job Location: Bidadi

 

Job Overview:

  • Thorough knowledge & managing of statutory requirements, and EHS related standards

  • Fire risk management of Supplier companies

  • Data grasping, managing and guiding to achieve target for Carbon neutrality Scope 1,2,3 at suppliers/vendors

  • Machine safety risk assessment as applicable

  • Chemical safety management for safe

  • Tansport, handling, storage and disposal

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visiting the supplier companies all over India to perform fire audits, fatal risk assessment

  • Data grasping, analysis, guide and train supplier partners for Carbon neutrality roadmap achievement

  • Base development for legal compliance guidelines for both safety & environment aspects as applicable

    • Promote kaizen to achieve KPIs connected to risk control, Water, Waste & Energy etc.

 

Job Requirements:

  • BE Graduation with 7+ years' experience working in automobile industry OR Chemical industry OR manufacturing sectors

  • ME Qualification in EHS will be additional advantage

  • Must have strong experience in EHS management drive at Supplier partners, Crisis management, CO2 reduction Scope 3 activity drive and database maintenance

  • Must be strong in data collection, data analysis, critical thinking, forecasting and  communication in English & one of the south Indian language

  • Must be competent in interpersonal skills, liaisoning with government
    officials, risk assessment, HAZOP, ESG concepts

     

Additional Details:

  • Must be capable of managing a team of 2-3 members

  • Comfortable for travelling 3-4 times' a month PAN India
