Assistant Manager Maintenance

Location: Neemrana
Designation:- Assistant Manager-Main.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
•    Develop maintenance procedure and ensure implementation.
•    Knowledge about Type of maintenance, MTR and MTBF analysis. 
•    Knowledge about Root Cause analysis and counter measure against daily breakdown.
•    Plan and actual for all repair and installation activities.
•    Allocate work to all engineers and technician.
•    Knowledge about spare inventory management and ordering process.
•    Prepare annual maintenance budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiate corrective action. 
•    Monitor monthly expense against budget for maintenance.
•    Good Knowledge of Mitsubishi and Fanuc based CNC Machines and Utilities e.g., P&G, compressor, chillers, and transformers, STP/ETP etc.
•    Knowledge about energy management system.
•    Knowledge of PLC & CNC programming and servo Programming for induction hardening, Grinding and assembly machines.
•    Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics system.
•    Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Management and handling rules.
•    Knowledge & Standards (IATF-16949, ISO-14001, OHSAS-45001).
