JOB Description
Position : Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Sales
JD Technical :
Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with company’s sales plan
Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads, and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders
Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business
Growth of the existing business
Analyse market competition and devise counter - strategies for penetration and maximum reach
Outstanding Payment follow-up and timely recovery of payments
Work closely with the customer to keep a tab on his stock level, when to re-order, help in enhancing his distribution network for increasing sales etc"
