Position Overview: Candidate to have knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
Role & Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for Project Construction Management, including planning, budgeting, Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Evaluation of Construction Companies. Vendor Evaluation, Selection of Vendors
Construction Activities progress monitoring. Project site visit, supervision of construction works.
Coordination with customer company and client company PICs.
Coordination with APJ Members and members in corporate office, Group Companies.
Preparation of MIS, Costing sheets, data visualization related to project & Construction.
Managing Infrastructure facilities in the Auto Park after establishing.
Understanding the requirements of New Clients Requirements, Proposing space, costing Options.
Overseeing revenue from the client companies to Auto Park.
Other Activities as allotted by the reporting manager from time to time.
Preferred Experience/Exposures:
Candidate should have computer knowledge
Candidate to have knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
Should have Good & strong communication skills. (Marathi, Hindi & English)
Candidate should be from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar or near.
Education Qualification:
Diploma/BE/B.Tech-Civil Engineering/Diploma from NICMAR
