Job Summary:
Assistance in month end closing and reporting, handled accounts payable and accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, general ledger accounting.
Preparation of all financial reports, like Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
Analysing monthly fluctuations in Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts and root cause analysis of accounts.
Co-ordination and provide data to statutory Auditors during quarterly & yearly audit for smooth audit completion.
Coordination with various department to collect data/information for Quarterly board meeting PPT
Review the Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & loss accounts.
Ensure completion and review of all balance sheet reconciliations and identify and communicate findings.
