About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to manage critical administrative and financial tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in financial documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Payable Management: Verify and process vendor bills in line with purchase orders, ensuring proper verification and entry into Tally Software.
- Employee Expense Processing: Oversee monthly travel claims, cross-checking as per the company handbook, and process payments in Tally Software.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for senior management highlighting any inconsistencies in claims or vendor bills.
- Letter Drafting: Create professional and impactful letters, including invitations and other documents, as required by the company.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle rent renewals for apartments and offices across India, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
- Software Proficiency: Maintain and utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient administrative tasks and record management.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Software for financial transactions.
- Strong command of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
