Job Responsibilities
Implement IATF16949 standards to ensure compliance and quality excellence
Apply and manage the use of 7 basic QC tools, including Histogram, Control Charts, Check Sheets, Pareto Charts, Stratification, Cause-and-Effect Diagrams, and Scatter Diagrams
Drive the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement processes
Job Requirements
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent graduate degree
More than 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement
Proven experience in steel or automotive industry
Strong knowledge of IATF16949 implementation and quality management systems
Expertise in QC tools and PDCA methodology
Excellent leadership and communication skills
