The candidate must possess one or more of the following:
① At least five years of experience as a production line manager in the manufacturing industry.
② Proven experience in production engineering (quality control, improvement of equipment and manpower efficiency, production IT systems), or experience in managing a manufacturing/production line, with a minimum of five years of management experience.
③ Proficiency in both Tamil and English, enabling smooth communication with local operators.
Prefered skills:
• A person with knowledge of semiconductors.
• An individual who possesses strong leadership and cross-cultural understanding, and who can guide and develop local staff while independently leading and improving the production workplace toward achieving goals.
