Position: Marketing Manager (Musical Instruments)

Job Description:
- Looking for candidate who have good experience in Musical Instrument Industry
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Graduate candidate
Management of all Musical Instruments product marketing activities and members
- Lead marketing and branding activities of Musical Instruments product marketing members to make company brand stronger.
- Keep improving existing activities with PDCA cycle and bring new and own ideas to the industry.
- Monitor promotional expense, category-/model-wise sales situation on monthly basis.
- Labor management of MI product marketing members.
Strategy planning and implementation through deep analysis
- Analyze market, customers, products from both quantitative and qualitative point of view.
- Plan strategies with deep analysis and propose them to higher managements.
- Implement strategies with involving related members with strong initiative.
- Review each activity and improve future marketing and branding executions.
Coordination with Musical Instruments Sales Department and other internal / external stakeholders
- Closely coordinate with MI Sales Department members and Institutional Business members
- Become a bridge between multiple departments, ex. Marketing Communication Department, etc.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, ex. dealers, customers, artists, etc.
- Handle existing 3rd party demonstrators or contents creators and recruit new members.
