Position: Project Manager (Interior construction and design)

■Position Details：
・Communicate with the client and the design team during the construction phase of the interior.
・Foster teamwork among project stakeholders.
・Share the daily progress of interior construction and design with the in-house design team and client.
・Engage, interact, and build professional relationships with design professionals, manufacturing, warehouse, and installation teams.
・In some cases, move over 200 subcontractors simultaneously.
・Oversee a design team of 11 people and an installation team of 30 people.
・Understand customer concerns and provide solutions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
■Required Skills：
・8+ years of industry experience in Interior construction and design.
・Management experience.
・Excellent English and Hindi communication skills and team management abilities.
・Logical thinking ability.
・KPI thinking skills.
