Job Responsibilities:
New Model / New Parts Quality Development:
Understanding New Model Schedule and prepare QUALITY Action Plan
Integrate ZERO Defect Process Development into Quality Activity Plan
Co-ordinate with all CFT to make sure desired quality requirements are met as per schedule
Quality Development Feedback:
Look back and learning recording during development
Prepare database of THINGS DONE WRONG
Feedback through database to design, Purchase, QA, PQE, for Future Models.
Practical Quailty Activity:
Can be able to read DWG, Make Quality Planning Sheet
Support to suppliers and internal Quality TEAM / Development Team to prepare and follow the Development process as per QAP
Can be able to check and confirm QCPC, Process flow chart, PFMEA and Inspection STD.
