Area of responsibility of Quality Engineer Lab: Process validation through product testing.
Main objectives
To monitor the process validation through the product testing as per the drawing requirement and timely update the global entry and analyse the process stability by cp and cpk data.
Areas of responsibility
Monitoring & controlling of daily activities of lab.
Do the daily testing as per the testing plan (Ks, Kd, Break Load etc.)
Conduct the durability test in house and plan for outsource also
Plan the machine calibration as per the yearly plan.
Responsible for identifying and implementation of customer requests / Do the closure of customer or third party audit observation related with Testing Lab.
Monthly Tested samples Scrap details preparation.
All 3S and 4M activities related with product testing Lab!
Competence profile
Education: B.Tech /Diploma, A minimum of 5~6 Years’ exp. of rubber product testing lab in automotive industry.
Experiences and skills: Rubber product testing knowledge and Lab equipment handling
Competence and experience Rubber Molding & Assembly process.
Having basic Knowledge of IATF, ISO, and VSA & G-QAV.
Having Knowledge of Problem-Solving Quality Analysis Tools.
