Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robot Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial robots and automation systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to travel and work varied hours. This role involves installation, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic systems across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and integrate robotic systems (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, Panasonic, etc.) at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.
  • Work on PLC programming and integration with robotic systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on robot operation and safety.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in current firm with hands-on experience in robotics or working with a robot integrator.
  • Familiarity with industrial robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, Panasonic, etc.).

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of PLCs, robotic integration, and service.
  • Strong programming mindset and ability to work with robot programming languages.
  • Practical skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (read, write, speak).
  • Strong problem-solving, system thinking, teamwork, and time management abilities.

Other Requirements

  • Ready to work 24×7 and relocate if required.
  • Own conveyance for local travel.
  • Willingness for frequent travel; local candidates preferred.
  • Industry contacts in general manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or general manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and industrial networking protocols.
