Senior Architect

Job Location: Saket, Delhi
Job Profile:

1. To List down and track latest IS codes. / Building byelaws/amendments at regular interval

2. To maintain documents & records as per ISO & EHS guidelines
   
   PROJECT- Before Award of Project

   a. To study tender requirements and list down any special conditions in tender.

   b. To prepare QA to be submitted to client. order to clarify any discrepancies in tender.
   c. To prepare design concept to meet client requirements as well as statutory requirements.
   d. To monitor preparation of design drawings by CAD operators/ designers
   e. Co-ordinate with estimation team for scope and drawing clarification. PROJECT- After 
    

   Award of Project Detail Design
   a. To monitor preparation of detail design drawings and the schedule 
   b. Monitoring the work of CAD operators/designers nd helping them fine-tune their skills and improve their knowledge.

   c. To ensure that design meets client as well as statutory requirements while preparing the submission for Building Approval
   d. Providing guidance to subcontractor's vendors and helping them interpret design specifications. 
   e. To assist in Client meeting when required.

    

   PROJECT- After Award of Project @ Execution Stage
   To coordinate with Project manager.

Job Details:
1. Knowledge & Experience in Steel structure Buildings such as Factories, Warehouse etc....
2. Experience in Building Façade design
3, Experience in Office interior design (latest trends)
4. Experience in preparation of presentation through PowerPoint etc...
5. Experience in Energy efficient Building design (Optional)
6. Knowledge of softwares: AutoCAD
7. Knowledge of softwares: REVIT/ BIM (Optional/ Preferred)
