Position Overview: Independently handling Admin Operational (70%) & HR Generalist (30%) activities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Hotel & Travel arrangement for employees & guests.
Drivers’ management & Car arrangement
Should have experience in handling VISA / FRRO registration
Vendor management
Coordination activities between departments & outside parties.
Knowledge of Budget preparation
Verifications of Bills/invoices & process in SAP software
Independently manage Admin activities such as Housekeeping, Security & General administration.
Statutory knowledge of PF, ESI, etc.
Knowledge of ISO Audit will be added advantage
Compliance Management: Fire Noc/DG set/Factory license
Organizing/ Management of Cultural events - OBT/FGT/Festivals
Staff Commuting Vehicle Management
Support to Japanese expats- Admin related works
Preferred Experience/Exposures:
Candidate should have computer knowledge
SAP Knowledge
Should have Good & strong communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Knowledge of Payroll system.
Education Qualification:
Any Graduation [Preferably B. Com].
