- Should have in depth knowledge a out budgeting
- Should have comparative and analytical skills to reduce construction cost
- Should carry great knowledge about Industrial Construction life cycle
- Should canry knowledgeof slatutory Buikl regulalions, Various IS codes & By laws
- Should able to prepare schedules, track changes and variation time to time
- Should able to prepare BVS, process for payment and follow ups
- Good in maintaining records as per ISO standards
- Good Knowledge of deriving quantity from the drawings and prepare BOO
- Good Knowledge about procurement , contract making and legal aspects
- Should carry great knowledge about Industrial Construlion Projects
- Should be visit construction sites for various coordination related work
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi) and Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT)
- Self Motivated and a good learner
- Geographical Awareness
- Desired Candidate (Areal Field of Experience, Age, etc.)
Should carry global market knowledge and good supplier contracts - Good in handling large numberical data with comparative and analytical skills
- ShoukJ have good Cost Control ability
- Having knowledge of NIT, Contract Conditions, BOO, Quotation Comparisons
- Preparing and monitoring schedules, payments, cost control and various measures
- able to prepare measurement sheet and verify the same as per actual
- Should have good knowledge about materials
Qualification
BE in Civil from requted University (Regular course)
Diploma I Degree in Quantity Surveyor (Important)
Work Experience (in years)- 10 - 15 years' experience
