Your responsibilities:
• Lead internal company, and customer-facing workshops on dataPARC and perform demos on
advance features of dataPARC.
• Drive sales activities (preparing offers, respond to RFPs, and prepare technical solutions
with stakeholders)
• Define high-quality technical and commercially competitive solutions against customer
requirements
• Provide technical support for development of marketing content such as white papers, case
studies, and solution sheets.
• Support Company interactive marketing activities (prepare presentation materials, questionaires
& surveys, conduct prospect and customer webinars, and participate in Q&A sessions)
• Develop content and functionality for dataPARC trials and pilots, and design pulp,
packaging, & tissue specific demo content.
• Guide customers and prospects on how to best apply dataPARC functionality to meet
project requirements.
• Lead system integration planning with Voith and prospects and Systems Integrators.
• Contribute to the R&D team to enhance dataPARC features based on market demamds.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of confidentiality
and respect.
• Identify market needs and software portfolio positioning to support the go-to-market strategy
 
Required education and experience:
• B.S or M.S. in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Automation, Process Control
or IT Specialization will be an asset.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an operational or engineering capacity in the process
industry.
• Previous experience in industrial software technical sales.
