Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible For daily production Planning, monitoring, tracking, and improving Production KPI.
- Machine Trouble shooting, Program correction, Optimization & improving machining performance VMC, HMC (Controller - Fanuc, Brothers, Siemen).
- Planning, Review, Adherence, and monitoring of Production Plan.
- OEE Review & Roadmap for Improvement.
- Rejection Review, Action plan definition, implementation
- Manpower Planning, Handling & Absenteeism Monitoring.
- Daily Morning Meeting with operators on daily production status.
- Supporting in Material non availability & other related issues coordination & closure with SCM department (Store, PPC).
- Good Knowledge of Poka Yoke, 5S & TPM Status Review.
- Supporting in Preparation of training plan & adherence to all associates.
- Focusing on cost improvement projects and quality circles.
- Supporting hand in ESH & safety Audits & Quality System in shopfloor
- Support in Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.
- Diploma in equivalent course in mechanical.
- Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years in any Machining company (VMC, HMC).
- Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC will be the added advantages.
- Hands-on experience with different set of machines like Makino & Sugino
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
