JOB Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Customer Relations (MSIL & Toyota): Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve conflicts, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Strong in Handling Quotation, Negotiation & - APR - (Annual Price Reduction activity)
- Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)- Drive CR Activity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, OEM and Quotation Analysis - Prepare the final Sales Quotation
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skill
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build professional relationships
- Toyota Handling & IATF Knowledge is key Advantage
On hand experience in Soft Skills - MS Office, Project management - Presentation preparation
