Job Title: Service Engineer
Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Educational Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering domain from Mechanical/Electrical or similar field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, service, installation, repair and maintenance.
Demonstrate the company's product during customer onsite visit.
Conduct market survey to identify customers need and market potential.
Contact customers to coordinate outstanding issue.
Generate monthly service report to summarize monthly performance and forecast following month's equipment service and sales.
