Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spare Parts Business Manager to drive and manage the parts business across a designated territory in the 2-wheeler (non-EV) segment. This role is critical to ensuring the availability, distribution, and profitability of spare parts, lubricants, and accessories through an established dealer network. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to support dealer performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with dealers, warehouses, and internal teams to streamline operations, optimize inventory, and deliver training and support across the network. Candidates with a strong background in spare parts management in the 2-wheeler industry (excluding EV) and a willingness to relocate will be prioritized.
Technical Skills Required
- Solid understanding of automobile components, especially 2-wheelers (non-EV)
- Hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis
Soft Skills Required
- Proven ability in manpower management and collaborative teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of parts across assigned territory
- Provide training and operational support to dealer networks
- Conduct stock analysis and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Drive achievement of wholesale targets for spare parts, lubricants, and accessories
- Oversee onboarding and training of new network partners, including BSQ completion
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of accessories and apparel at dealer locations
- Monitor manpower availability and efficiency at 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) networks
- Support dealer profitability through effective parts business strategies
- Promote and monitor DMS (Dealer Management System) utilization
- Track and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through targeted action plans
- Supervise parts warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Additional Notes
- Candidates must have prior experience in spare parts management within the 2-wheeler industry (non-EV)
- Experience in the EV segment is not preferred due to limited exposure to parts sales
- Candidates open to relocation across India are encouraged to apply
