JOB POSITION – HUMAN RESOURCES HEAD
Designation = GM or Sr. GM
Reporting to = V.P, Business Unit
Experience = Minimum 20 Years
Location= Bawal

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  1. Leadership in the development and implementation of the Company’s HR Strategy as a key enabler of the Company’s strategic plan
  2. Lead the team in overseeing day-to-day management of the department activities
  3. Lead role in the development, integration and implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems and practices in alignment with latest industry practices
  4. Hire staff and negotiate employment agreements
  5. Champion the Company’s commitment to equality and diversity
  6. Handle performance reviews and employee benefits
  7. Design and direct training programs
  8. Lead role in disciplinary and grievance matters
  9. Handle employee relations matters and sensitive personnel cases, deploying high level professional skills to achieve successful outcomes
  10. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  1. Master’s Degree in Personnel Management/Equivalent
  2. Relevant experience of about 20 years +, preferably in Automotive industry
  3. Must have handled workforce of over 1500/2000 associates in single location
  4. A large part of the job is dealing with people, therefore superior people and interpersonal skills
  5. Planning and organization skills
  6. Ability to act decisively and solve employees related problems
  7. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  8. High level of Computer literacy, good communication skills (Good hold on English language)
  9. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, other departments and customer
  10. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  11. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet targets and deadlines
  12. A results-driven, transparent & an ethical approach to work
  13. Ability to lead a logical, systematic manner approach
